Amazing service! I live in Upstate NY but this location was the only place we were able to fill a new prescription at a reasonable price. They ship to me even though I'm hours away. The staff is always fast to respond and I love that you can request renewals through text. So convenient with great quality service. Thank you, Third Ave!
Overall 4.5/5 experience. This was my first experience with Third Avenue and their Rx2Go delivery service. I received my medications at my home residence the next day! My only critique is since I am new to medication-home delivery, I wish it was better explained to me what the process was. However, I did call and the person who picked up was direct and answered my questions. No bells and whistles. All in all, pleased and will attempt my refill here in the future!
This is by far the best pharmacy!!! The care and follow up is amazing!!! I get deliveries sent to NJ and notifications along the way. I’ve saved so much money by using Third Avenue Apothecary!! PS-love the canvas bags for delivery!
Sooooo this place is like going to a fancy clothing store, but for medication. I thought someone was going to take my hat and coat when I walked in lol. The people here are very friendly and helpful. I wish all pharmacies were as plush as this. If you can get your prescription me filled here, you should! It’s fancy!
Gotta love Third Ave Apothecary. The communication, the delivery and the packaging is amazing. My doctor send me to the correct pharmacy. I get everything I need even when I’m around or far. The help and the support is amazing and they reach out to you in a timely manner if something goes wrong. I would recommend Third Ave Apothecary.
My wife is having laser surgery soon and the doctor prescribed several drugs she will need. He said he only send his prescriptions to this small drug store as they have the drugs he wants and there price is good. We went in and picked up the drugs. The clerk advised that they are not a retail drug store as they only work for certain doctors. I hope I understood that correctly. In any case, they were very polite and professional.
I have yet to fill a prescription here because I just moved to NY. In a month I have encountered so many positive referrals. This month i called 3 rd Ave Apothecary to consider their filling a prescription They got right back to me and were on top of it all immediately dealing with my Drs and Insurance.. It took a few days to sort it out. Unfortunately it did not work out with my health care plan. The pharmacists on the phone and text were diligent and prompt . I will certainly continue to recommend and support them, And they carry nice product brands for well bring and gift giving. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is off the charts.
